Chauffage sup?rieur et inf?rieur
Le chauffage simultan? en haut et en bas constitue le
fonctionnement normal du four. Les corps de chauffe
situ?s au plancher et au plafond de l'enceinte chauf-
fante transmettent leur chaleur aux denr?es ? cuire. La
temp?rature peut ?tre r?gl?e entre 50 et 2755C.
Le r?tissage et la cuisson par chauffage en haut et en
bas ne sont possibles que sur un seul niveau:
w mettre les g?teaux plats et la p?tisserie sur la pla-
que aux niveaux 1 ou 3
w mettre les cakes, les kouglofs ou les biscuits en
forme de bloc au niveau 2.
Air circulant
Le ventilateur install? dans la face arriÅ re du four as-
sure une circulation intensive de l'air dans tout le four.
Les temp?ratures peuvent ?tre pr?r?gl?es entre 50 et
2755C. La fonction de circulation d'air permet de trans-
mettre la chaleur n?cessaire au maintien de la temp?-
rature voulue plus rapidement que dans la m?thode
conventionnelle. Il est alors possible de r?gler une
temp?rature inf?rieure d'environ 205C ? celle pr?coni-
s?e par les recettes utilisant uniquement le chauffage
sup?rieur et inf?rieur.
La table de cuisson et de r?tissage fournit plusieurs in-
dications pr?cises ? ce propos.
Grillades
La grillade s'opÅ re g?n?ralement en fermant la
porte du four. Ne laissez cependant pas votre
gril sans surveillance.
La chaleur produite par les corps de chauffe rayonne
contre lplafond du four et atteint la piÅ ce ? r?tir qui este
plac?e edessous. Les indications concernant la hau-n
teur optimale de celle?ci se trouvent dans la table de
grillade. Le pr?chauffage est inutile.
Pour griller, il suffit de positionner les s?lecteurs de
fonction et de temp?rature correspondants.
Le choix de la fonction d?pend de la qualit?, de la
quantit? et de la hauteur de la viande ? griller.
La temp?rature doit ?tre adapt?e au type de viande,
car le thermostat du four assure son service et main-
tient la temp?rature ? l'int?rieur du domaine assign?,
conform?ment aux valeurs de la table.
Si vous devez effectuer plusieurs grillades cons?cuti-
ves, il faut nettoyer la plaque aprÅ s chacune d'elles.
