This manual is the maintenance manual of Interface Unit PFV-L1 and Backup
Power Supply Unit BKPF-LPS1.
This manual is intended for use by trained system and service engineers, and
describes the information of maintenance and detailed service.

are equal. This manual uses OPower Supply Unit� for BKPF-LPS1 and PFV-L1Os
power supply unit.
